Richard Jackson on translation

Rick Jackson is my advisor this semester. I was looking for something else when I found this article.

I'm amused by the photo, which would seem to have a story behind it. (I hope to find out the story if I attend the summer residency in Slovenia next year.)


We've just talked about my doing some translations this semester, so the article should be useful.

    Pan, this is a great resource, as I trudge along with my MA in translation. His recommendations are wonderful. I am seeking more on theatre translation, a complex genre that involves more than the writing on the page. Many, many thanks!
